Roughing it at this RV Resort is pulling your golf cart up to the Food Truck only to find it has closed and you missed out on another delicious soft serve ice cream cone. 

Located on beautiful Douglas Lake in historic Dandridge, Tennessee this campground offers luxurious amenities. They offer lakefront and lake view sites, buddy sites, fire pits and luxury fireplaces, concrete and stamped concrete pads, full hookups, paved streets, cable hookup, free Wi-Fi, and some of the best bath houses with private bathrooms we have EVER seen! These are just a few of the wonderful amenities. 

Make sure you plan ahead because they book up very fast. You can book Anchor Down as far as TWO YEARS in advance.

• Nightly rates range from $69 for a back-in site to $99 for a premium site.
• Golf carts can be rented for $45 a day
• Pontoon Rentals range from $210 for half a day and $320 for a full day. 
• Boat Slips and Jet Ski Docks can be rented for $20 per night
• Corn Hole boards are $10 a day
• There is a 3 Night Minimum Stay on Holidays and Special Events
• There is a 4 Night Minimum Stay on Sites # 139-175 at all times

We could tell you all about this wonderful campground all day long, but we think the best thing to do is just to show you through pictures. From the pool to the white sand beach, the food to the playground, the fireplaces to the amazing views.... you have to take a look.
